SEO methods working
I’ve just had a very nice email from one of my clients, who’\s very happy with his site and the SEO methods we are working on for him:
Hi Ian,
I just thought you might be interested.
I have just been “playing” around on yahoo with some key words.
Well, type in “Overseas Property” and Simply Overseas came up on page 4 at number 35.
Not bad for a beginner I think! Especially for such wide ranging words.
It gets better.
Type in Overseas Property Sales and OPSD ranks as number 3!
Amazing, for such a currently small site but hopefully I can get some publicity out of this once we tweek things next week.
Oh, by the way using the same 3 words, Simply Overseas ranks at number 10 and still on page 1.
As you can tell; I’m more than a bit chuffed with this and I think we both deserve a pat on the back!!!

Now that the work on our re-engineered website is complete I thought it only fair to send you a BIG THANK YOU!
All of us here at Simply Overseas have been very happy with your efforts on our behalf right from the start.
You obviously listened carefully to what we thought we needed and then made some very sound and constructive suggestions in a non-technical way so that even I could understand what you were advising us. It seems to me that far too many in the IT industry assume that laymen such as me understand them when they launch into technical jargon. That just looses me and so they lose our business!
We were also very impressed and dare I say, amazed at the remarkably quick turnaround that you achieved; indeed, I think we held you up once or twice because you progressed things even quicker that we could get further information to you. But hey, who’s complaining? Not us!
Once the new site went live I am pleased to confirm that you have still been there for final ‘tweaking’ and even a few changes as we have had further thoughts. I am sure that this has been just the start of a long working relationship between our companies.
